At The Mane Influence, we take pride in providing high-quality extensions and wigs to help you embrace your bold, main-character energy. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake made on our end (e.g. incorrect item sent). Please ensure your order details are correct before checkout.

Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Pickup

DM on instagram @themaneinfluenceco or email themaneinfluenceco@gmail before purchasing to insure that the bundles are available on hand in Atlanta. We will discuss pick up location and date. MUST do this FIRST!

Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS and UPS. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

• Shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS

• Lost packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier

• Items that have been altered in any way, including but not limited to:

• Worn or installed

• Custom colored

• Brushed or styled

• Used with hair products or tools
